Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns of our products as long as they are in perfect condition, not tampered with and have their original packaging.
  • If the product does not meet any of these conditions, the return will not be accepted and it will be sent back to the customer with postage due.
  • The maximum term to be able to make a return of a product is 15 days from receipt of the same.
  • All returns must be made with postage paid by the customer, in no case will returns be accepted postage due.
  • Changes in size have a cost of 12 euros (only for peninsula, Spain, (for other destinations, consult, rates)) for Transport, collecting the customer's merchandise and sending the selected size again.
  • Returns of products that have been sent free of charge, for any reason, will be discounted 8 euros for management.
  • It is the customer's obligation to verify the products upon receipt and if they observe any anomaly or discord with the original order, they have 24 hours once the shipment has been received to notify us.
  • We will only receive your returns if the product packaging is not violated and the visual condition is the same as we sent it.
  • Outside this period, Masterlap.com will not accept the return unless prior agreement or manufacturing defect.
  • In the event that the shipping error is attributable to Masterlap.com, the corresponding article will be sent as soon as possible, postage paid.
