Tech 3 is a speed motorcycle team based in Bormes-les-Mimosas (France) that competes in the Motorcycle World Championship under the name of KTM Tech 3 in Moto GP and as Red Bull KTM Tech 3 Moto3.

The team was founded by former racer Hervé Poncharal, engineer Guy Coulon and Bernard Martignac and started racing in 1990 in the 250cc class, using Honda and Suzuki bikes. In 1999, the team partnered with Yamaha to be the factory team and in 2000 its riders, Olivier Jacque and Shinya Nakano, placed first and second in the 250cc world championship.

In 2001 the team moved up to the premier class, again with Yamaha, with Jacque and Nakano using the Yamaha YZR500, although its status changed to that of the satellite team up to the present.

Towards the end of the 2002 season, the team began using the Yamaha YZR-M1. In 2006 and 2007 the team used Dunlop tires, but reverted to Michelin in 2008.

In the 2008 Motorcycle World Championship, two-time and current Superbike World Champion James Toseland shared a team with also two-time Superbike World Champion Colin Edwards.
