Mick Schumacher was born in Switzerland in 1999 and is a German driver who competes for the Haas F1 Team.

Mick Schumacher made the leap to Formula 1 with the Haas team in 2021.

The American team opted for a completely renewed line-up with two young drivers: Nikita Mazepin was the partner of Mick Schumacher.

The first races were adaptation to a car that had taken a step back compared to the previous year. Haas did not score any points during the season for the first time in his six years in Formula 1's top flight.

The first half of the year was one of adaptation for MickSchumager in Formula 1. In France he managed to get into Q2 for the first time all year and it was also the first appearance of a Haas in this session since the 2020 Eifel Grand Prix. However, Schumacher 'snuck' into Q2 due to an accident that he himself he starred at the end of Q1, which is why he could not return to the track.

His best result of the year came just before the summer break: a 12th-place finish in Hungary. In Russia, a mechanical problem cost him his first retirement of the season, while in Mexico and Saudi Arabia he had to retire due to accidents.

The second time he managed to get the Haas into Q2 and the first time he was able to fight to sneak into the Top 10 was in Turkey. Mick started from 14th position that race and achieved the team's best starting position since the 2020 70th Anniversary Grand Prix.

The rest of the results continued in the same vein and in no race did he manage to score points. Neither did his teammate, with whom he starred in moments of tension throughout the season. Both met several times on the track and Guenther Steiner had to intervene to stop the 'war' that broke out between them. Despite everything, the German and the Russian will share a team again in 2022.

In the 2023 season he runs in the Haas Formula 1 team with his teammate Kevin Magnussen.
